All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. In cases of high demand or limited stock availability, processing and manufacturing may take 30 to 60 days. If your item is out of stock, our team will notify you and provide an estimated fulfillment timeline.

Please note: Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply based on your local regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping fee and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If your return is not approved due to non-compliance with our return policy, you may request the item be shipped back at your own expense.
Refunds are not granted for:

Improper installation or mishandling of the product.

Products that show signs of use or alteration.

Customer change their mind

Warranty Policy
All Mann Materials portable Pickleball Courts come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
What’s Covered:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Structural issues under normal, intended use
What’s Not Covered:

Issues caused by incorrect installation or third-party assembly

Environmental damage (e.g., storms, flooding)

Cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect performance

Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
To submit a warranty claim:

Provide proof of purchase

Include detailed photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will assess the claim and respond with the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement parts, or a full replacement
Order Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our product and fulfillment process, orders cannot be canceled once payment is received.

Our production process begins immediately upon order confirmation to ensure prompt delivery.

Materials are reserved and prepared specifically for your order, and cancellations disrupt manufacturing and inventory flow.
