Any damage or injuries arising from incorrect installation, misuse or modification of our products.

-
Actual outcomes depend on many factors, including user health, environment, footwear, mobility aids, installation quality, and the circumstances of each fall.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim any warranties (express or implied) that our products will prevent all injuries, hospitalisations or fatalities.

15.1 These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or our products shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mann Materials is established, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a different governing law is required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.
15.2 If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.
15.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Mann Materials is established, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
16. Severability
